Terms
Last updated 21 September 2026
These are the terms you agree to when you use Broom. They say what you get, what you pay, what is yours and what stays ours. Last changed on 21 September 2026.
What Broom is
Broom reads a product you already have, or a brief you fill in, and writes a design system and a set of rules for your coding agent, so that what the agent builds stops looking machine-made.
It works from three things: a repository you connect, a Figma file you upload, or a brief you answer. It hands back components, tokens, documentation, skills for your agent and, for an audit, a report of what it found.
Broom is run by Boburmirzo Khudoyberdiev, an individual trader in Uzbekistan. In these terms, we and us mean that person, and you means the person or the company using Broom.
Where Broom is offered
Broom is not offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. We ask which country you are in when you create an account, and we do not open one for those. Do not use Broom from there.
This is about our paperwork, not about you. Broom is run by one person rather than a company today, and serving those countries properly asks for things a company is meant to carry. When that is in place we will open there, and this paragraph will go.
Everywhere else, you are welcome, and the rest of these terms apply.
Agreeing to this
Using Broom means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are using Broom for a company, you are telling us you may agree to these terms on its behalf, and then you means that company.
Your account
You sign in with Google, GitHub or an email address and password. Keep the sign-in to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
One account is one workspace. Do not share it, and tell us at support@broom.design if you think somebody else is in it.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. It takes effect immediately and it cannot be undone.
What an analysis is
An analysis is one run of any service: one generation, one Figma handoff, or one audit. That is the only thing Broom counts, and it counts the same for all three.
A new account gets 3 analyses to try it. After that they come from a plan.
- An analysis is taken from your balance when a run starts.
- If the run fails, the analysis comes back to your balance by itself.
- If the run finishes and you do not like the result, the analysis has been used.
- Running the same project again is another analysis.
Plans
A plan renews every month and sets your balance to that month's amount. Unused analyses do not roll over.
When your balance is empty you can buy a single analysis for $5 instead of taking a plan. It is offered only at zero, because a plan is what carries an account that is really being used.
Moving up to a bigger plan takes effect at once. The provider charges the rest of the month prorated, and we add the difference between the two plans to your balance.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax, which the seller adds at checkout where it is due.
| Plan | Analyses a month | Price a month |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 10 | $30 |
| Growth | 20 | $50 |
| Pro | 50 | $100 |
Who sells it to you
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for Broom. Dodo is the seller on the invoice, takes the payment and handles sales tax and VAT. Their terms apply to the sale itself.
Your card details go to Dodo and never to us. All we learn is that a payment succeeded, what it was for, and the network and last four digits of the card.
Changing your card, and cancelling a subscription, happen in Dodo's customer portal. You reach it from the billing screen in the app.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. The analyses that month has already bought stay on your balance until the month ends.
Refunds
A failed run costs you nothing: the analysis returns to your balance automatically.
For money back, write to support@broom.design within 14 days of the payment. Because Dodo Payments is the seller, we ask them to make the refund, and how long it takes to reach your card is theirs rather than ours.
Analyses you have already run are not refunded.
None of this takes away a statutory right you have as a consumer where you live, including any right to withdraw from a purchase.
What you may send us
You may only give us code, files and addresses you have the right to give us. That is the whole rule, and knowing it is on you rather than on us.
- A repository you own, or one you are allowed to share with a service like this.
- A Figma file you own or have the right to use.
- A web address you are allowed to have read by an automated browser.
- Screenshots you have the right to upload.
What you may not do
- Send us anything unlawful, or anything that infringes somebody else's rights.
- Send us personal data about other people that you have no reason to give us. If a repository carries secrets or credentials, we cannot know that, and managing that risk is yours.
- Work around the analysis count, or use more than you have paid for.
- Attack the service, overload it, or drive it from an automated client faster than a person could.
- Try to extract our rules, our detector or our prompts, or use Broom to build a competing generator.
- Resell access to Broom itself. What Broom produces for you is another matter, and that is yours to sell.
What we do with what you send
We use it to run the analysis you asked for, and for nothing else.
It goes to one model, Google Vertex AI, to produce your result. We train nothing on it and we do not use it to improve Broom for anyone else. The Privacy page says exactly what is sent, what is kept and for how long.
You keep every right in what you send. Giving it to us gives us permission to process it in order to run your analysis, and no more than that.
What you get is yours
Everything Broom produces for you is yours: the components, the tokens, the documentation, the skills, the rules files and the report. Use them, change them, ship them, and sell what you build with them. There is no attribution requirement and no licence to keep track of.
We make no claim on the product you build with them.
Output is not unique to you. Another customer with a similar brief may receive something similar, and we do not promise otherwise.
What stays ours
Broom itself stays ours: the engine that renders a design system, the rules that hold our taste, the detector that finds the slop, our prompts, the app and the brand.
Using Broom does not license any of that to you. It gives you the output, not the machine that made it.
That is deliberate on both sides. Our taste rules are not inside what you get either: your pack names your components, your tokens and your numbers, not ours.
Availability
Broom is young, and we promise no uptime, no response time and no fixed set of features. We may change, move or retire a part of it.
We try not to break results you already have. If we retire something that would take your work with it, we tell you first and give you a way to get it out.
Maintenance, a provider's outage or a model that will not answer can stop a run. A run that fails returns its analysis.
No warranty
Broom is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it is fit for a particular purpose, or that its output is correct, complete or right for what you are building.
What the model writes is a suggestion. Read it before you ship it. You are responsible for what you put in front of your own users, including whether it is accessible, lawful and correct.
As far as the law allows, we exclude every warranty that is not written here. Some places do not allow that, and there those exclusions do not apply to you.
What we owe you if something goes wrong
If we are liable to you for anything arising out of Broom, the most we owe is the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you have paid us nothing.
We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost time, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and anything else your law will not let us exclude. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights stand whatever this section says.
Ending it
You can stop at any time. Cancel the plan in Dodo's portal, or delete the account from your profile.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Unless the reason makes it impossible, we say why and give you a chance to put it right first.
If we close your account through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of the month you paid for.
When an account ends, the data goes as the Privacy page describes. Download anything you want to keep before that.
Changes to these terms
We change these terms when the product changes, and the date at the top says when they last changed.
If a change matters to you, we tell you in the app before it takes effect. Carrying on with Broom after that means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, stop using Broom and cancel your plan.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of Uzbekistan, and a dispute we cannot settle between us goes to the courts of Uzbekistan. These terms cover your use of Broom; the purchase itself is a contract with Dodo Payments as the seller, under their terms.
If you are a consumer, that does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a case there.
If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still holds.
